We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:

- returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);

How do I change or cancel my order?

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email email@example.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?
If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way ?

My Tracking Info shows my package was delivered,but I never received it
We know how important your order is! We provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
Why isn't my tracking info updating, is there something wrong ?
This is normal. The tracking information normally lags behind the true status of your package. If it hasn't updated in over 2 weeks, please contact support.
